She has also recorded Over It for the soundtrack of the Disney Channel Original Movie Stuck in the Suburbs. Van der Pol recorded R&B/pop versions of the Lion King's Circle of Life, and Cinderella's Dream Is a Wish You Make for the special edition release of these films with The Disney Channel Circle of Stars. In 2006, she recorded an original cover of the timeless Disney song Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon for an upcoming edition of Disneymania. She has recorded a variety of tracks from the show which included A Change in Me.
