Anneliese Louise van der Pol was born in Holland. She is a famous American performer, actor, and film director. Her most well-known work is her roles in the theatre as well as Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel as well as Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol has been born in the United States and has a Dutch heritage as well as being an American actress and performer best known for frequent appearances on the popular television show That's So Raven. The show featured her in 14 projects that included TV series and short videos. Her most notable credits include Shalom Sesame Divorce. She has performed in over 15 TV shows. She starred along with Raven-Symone Orange Brown and Kyle Massey. Chelsea Daniels continues to be Van der Pol's most recognizable and well-known role in the eyes of youngsters, teenagers and even adults. Van der Pol recorded R&B/pop versions of the Lion King's Circle of Life, and Cinderella's Dream Is a Wish You Make for the special edition release of these films with The Disney Channel Circle of Stars. In 2006, she recorded an original cover of the timeless Disney song Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon for an upcoming edition of Disneymania. She has recorded a variety of tracks from the show which included A Change in Me.
