Bellamy Young

Young first began her acting career in theatre. While playing Mary The Life's first line-up, Young gave her Broadway debut as Mary on Broadway in 1997. In addition, she performed off Broadway in Stephen Sondheim's Merryly We Rolled Along (1994), as well as in Randy Newman's Faust (from 1995 until 1996). Her debut was on TV in 1995 as the character Dr. Courtney Evans. She was a part of Law & Order as a guest on two episodes in 1997 as well as in 1998. In 1999, she made her movie debut with a minor role in the crime drama Black and White and later was a co-star in a number of independent films. From the mid-2000s onwards, she started appearing as guest-star characters on several television dramas and comedies, including The Drew Carey Show, The X Files, ER, Frasier, The West Wing, NCIS, Medium, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, Two and a Half Men, Supernatural, Drop Dead Diva, and Castle. Young has appeared on over 30 television shows from 2000 and 2011. Young was one of the main actors on Peacemakers which was a USA Network television series that aired in 2003. The show was cancelled after one season of nine episodes. There were recurring characters in the Lifetime legal drama series For the People as Deputy Dist. Atty. Agnes Hunt on NBC drama American Dreams in 2003 as Diane Shaw, Dr. Grace Miller on NBC Scrubs in 2004 as Monica West, Assistant State Attorney Monica West in CBS CSI: Miami between 2005 and 2006 and Ellen Darling on ABC soap Dirty Sexy Money in 2008-2009 as the oldest son-in-law of the Darling Family. From 2011 until the year 2013, she was Beth Clemmons in Criminal Minds. Bellamy Bellamy Bellamy
